Affiliate Agreement

Testimonials describing personal use.
Before-and-after photographs or transformation images.
Claims regarding expected results from product use.
Statements encouraging human or veterinary consumption.

Affiliates must not present products as dietary supplements, medications, cosmetics, or therapeutic products.

4. Acceptable Marketing

Affiliates may promote My Reformed Peptides products only using factual and accurate information.

Examples of acceptable descriptions include:

Research Use Only
Independently Tested
Third-Party Analytical Testing
Identity, Purity, and Sequence Integrity Verified

Affiliates must not make exaggerated, misleading, or unsupported claims regarding product quality or performance.

5. Advertising Compliance

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that all promotional content complies with applicable advertising laws and regulations, including Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and any applicable local advertising requirements.

All affiliate links must include appropriate affiliate disclosures where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use approved My Reformed Peptides logos, banners, and marketing materials only as provided through the affiliate program.

Affiliates may not modify trademarks, create misleading advertisements, or represent themselves as employees, representatives, or owners of My Reformed Peptides.

7. Prohibited Websites and Content

Affiliates may not promote My Reformed Peptides on websites or platforms containing:

Illegal content
Misleading medical information
False advertising
Hate speech
Adult content
Spam or deceptive marketing practices

We reserve the right to determine whether promotional content complies with these standards.

8. Commissions

Commissions are earned only on qualifying purchases completed through an approved affiliate referral link.

Orders that are canceled, refunded, fraudulent, or otherwise determined to be invalid are not eligible for commission payments.

My Reformed Peptides reserves the right to modify commission rates or payment schedules with reasonable notice.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

My Reformed Peptides reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account immediately if an affiliate:

Violates these Terms & Conditions.

Provides dosage or injection guidance.
Uses misleading advertising.
Misrepresents My Reformed Peptides products.
Engages in fraudulent or deceptive promotional activities.

Any unpaid commissions associated with prohibited activities may be forfeited.

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Changes to These Terms

My Reformed Peptides reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
