Purchasers further warrant that any material produced with any product shall not be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and shall not be materials that may not be introduced into interstate commerce under Sections 404, 505, or 512 of the Act. Purchasers understand that since Reformed Research products are intended solely for research purposes, they may not be listed on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory.

Purchasers assume responsibility for ensuring that products purchased are approved for use under TSCA, if applicable, and for verifying hazards and conducting necessary research to understand the hazards involved in using these products. Products purchased from Reformed Research shall not be considered foods, drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics. All products and services are for research purposes only and should not be used for therapeutic or diagnostic purposes. Reformed Research is not liable for damages caused by negligence, abuse, or unforeseen matters.

Payment and Refunds : When a purchaser elects to pay with a credit card, they forfeit the right to request a chargeback from their card provider. All orders are refundable within 10 days of purchase if the order has not been fulfilled or if there was an error by Reformed Research. All other refund requests within 10 days of purchase will be granted at the discretion of Reformed Research.
